Lifting the Protocol for Entry into the Republic of Serbia with regulation of status of foreigners
At the meeting of the Government of Republic of Serbia, held on 21 May 2020, pursuant to the recommendation of the Crisis Response Team for the Suppression of Infectious Disease COVID-19, it has been decided that the previously regulating protocol for entry into the Republic of Serbia is being put out of force.
The New Protocol of the Entry into the Republic of Serbia
With the abolishment of Serbia’s state of emergency in mind, and the expected full reopening of borders, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, adopted the protocol for the entry of both foreign and domestic citizens into the Republic of Serbia in order to circumvent the spread of COVID-19.
Serbia has ended its State of Emergency
On 06 May 2020, the Serbian National Assembly adopted a decision to end the state of emergency which was declared on 15 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
