Milica Steljić is a founding partner of AVS Legal. She heads the Banking & Finance department. Milica has more than 14 years of experience advising local and international clients on various corporate and commercial law matters, M&A, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures. Milica’s expertise focuses on banking & finance and tax law.

As an experienced transaction manager, Milica knows how to efficiently work with cross-border teams and is appreciated for her pragmatic and business-oriented approach.

Milica acts on a broad spectrum of financing matters, debt restructurings and project finance. She has advised the leading companies in the manufacturing, commerce, publishing, real estate, energy, logistics/distribution and automotive sectors, regarding various financial aspects of the sale of real estate in Serbia and abroad, such as implementation of “carve-out” transactions and cross-border loans.

Before setting-up AVS Legal, Milica worked as a legal advisor for one of the leading brokerage firms in Serbia gaining wide knowledge and experience on various financial matters.
