As a long-standing member of Confindustria Serbia, we are pleased to highlight our participation in the recent HR Forum, organized by Confindustria in cooperation with AVS Legal and Fercam. Since joining this business network in 2021, we have proudly contributed to strengthening professional standards across various industries among companies.
This time, we participated as guest speakers on the topic of legal structuring and implementation of redundancy procedures. The excellent turnout and open discussion demonstrated the continued relevance and importance of this topic in modern business practice.
During our presentation, we focused on the key legal aspects every company should consider when facing the need to reorganize job positions. Using practical examples and legal interpretation, we addressed the following areas:
